About Mauritius:

Mauritius, known officially as the Republic of Mauritius, is an island nation located off the southeast coast of the African continent in the Indian Ocean. It is a volcanic island of lagoons and palm-fringed beaches with coral reefs surrounding most of the coastline.

Mauritius is a densely populated with around 1.2 million people. It has a reputation for stability and racial harmony among its mixed population. Mauritius is known as a plural society where all the ethnic groups present: Hindus, Muslims, Creoles, Chinese and Europeans live in peace and where all the ancestral cultures have been preserved. These features make the island a unique place in the world, and the Mauritians known for their tolerance and kindness towards all people.

Most Mauritians are bilingual being equally fluent in French and English. English is the official language, but French and Creole are widely spoken. Oriental languages also form part of the linguistic mosaic.

DAY 1: Nairobi/ Mauritius

Arrive in Mauritius where You will be met by Ziara Holiday representative who will assist you through the immigration. Transfer to your hotel. Check-in and rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 2: ‘Relaxation

Spend the day relaxing then in the evening you may take a romantic beach walk as you enjoy the beautiful sunset scenery

DAY 3: ‘Day Trip and Sightseeing tour

Explore the magical island of Mauritius by joining one of our many sightseeing tours, on foot with any of the many adventures hiking or trekking trips, on a jeep exploring the many nature trails, and many more.

DAY 4: ‘Relaxation

Spend the day relaxing and enjoying the hotel facilities like the swimming pool, spa, gym or even the movie theatre before dinner and overnight stay at the hotel

DAY 5: ‘Flight Excursions

Enjoy a Helicopter flight tour, a Seaplane flight tour or a skydiving excursion, which will allow you to experience Mauritius with its breathtaking beaches and coral islands from high above.

DAY 6: ‘Relaxation

Spend the day relaxing, sunbathing by the poolside or in your rooms. You may also take this time to sample some of the hotel cuisines and delicacies. In the evening you may take a romantic beach walk as you enjoy the beautiful sunset scenery

DAY 7: ‘Sea and Water Excursions-Snorkeling

With its post card beaches, crystal clear water and, beautiful calm water lagoons and beautiful surrounding, Mauritius is a real paradise island for any sea and water related excursions and activities.

DAY 8: ‘Mauritius/Nairobi
